Quoted with your build
Care, plus active work on getting you found locally.
Quoted with your build

Yes. You own the domain, the content, and the site itself. If you ever leave, we hand it over rather than hold it hostage.
Normally half to start and half at launch. If that doesn't work for your cash flow, ask — we'd rather find an arrangement than lose the project over timing.
